Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels, tags, and invoices are included to avoid processing delays.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
